El Ciclo PDCA es una herramienta de gestión de la calidad utilizada para organizar acciones de mejora de forma estructurada. Comienza definiendo un problema o una meta en la etapa de planificación, ejecuta la acción propuesta, sigue los resultados con base en datos y, al final, estandariza lo que funcionó o corrige las desviaciones encontradas. Este ciclo ayuda a mantener el control sobre los procesos, reducir fallas y promover la mejora continua.
